Jersey Shore Macrobiotics is an intentional community for individuals who are committed to growing the Macrobiotic community in the Central NJ and Jersey Shore area.
Jersey Shore Macrobiotics is a place for students and teachers of
Macrobiotics to share their knowledge, experience, and passion for the
Macrobiotic philosophy.

about upcoming Macrobiotic potlucks, educational programs and
lectures, cooking classes, and other fantastic events happening in the
